Relax the Rubber: If the mat arrives rolled up, lay it flat in a warm area or in direct sunlight for 30 minutes. This will allow the rubber to soften and lay perfectly flat against the contours of your Bus floor.
Surface Preparation: Ensure the metal floor is clean and dry before installation. For long-term protection, many owners apply a thin layer of wax or a rust-preventative coating to the floor before laying the rubber down.
